I don't think it's possible for Ms Karan to have made this process any easier or more enjoyable than what she did. She was always available to answer my questions. She goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor, making us feel like we are in the hands of a trusted friend. She is honest. She is so funny and caring. I heard horror stories about the home buying process, but never experienced anything but joy throughout it all. I can't say thank you enough for everything she did. And our builder Chris was so great. He was more thorough in our walk through than us. He is reliable and so nice.

Chris was equally amazing during our final walk thru. He was the most thorough and patient hands-on tour guide. He shared and made sure we understood all the intricacies about the operation of our home. 

Also, we want to acknowledge that the full closing process was blissful. The attorney choice was a great fit for closing. Their office was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and punctual. The attorney was humorous, thorough and explained in details every individual house buying cost.
